we just looked at their website posted is 2.75/ft plus 65 cts a kw for elec and 40 cts a gallon for water.

We did visit Chub Cay at the end of October and you are correct. The rates were 2.75 per ft. with electric at .65
The pool was open and nicely cared for, however, the club house is still unfinished.
